What we collect

Account data such as your email address and authentication details used to sign in.
Project data such as business names, addresses, keywords, scan settings, and scan history.
Billing data needed to manage subscriptions, purchases, invoices, and payment-related events.
Basic analytics and operational logs used to keep the product available and understand usage patterns.

How we use the data

To authenticate users, create accounts, and keep projects tied to the right workspace.
To run scans, store ranking data, and show reporting, history, and map-based insights.
To create and manage billing records, process plan changes, and respond to support requests.
To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and improve product performance and user experience.

Service providers and infrastructure

myranknow uses third-party infrastructure providers to operate the service. These providers may process data only as needed to deliver the service or handle payments and infrastructure operations.

Supabase for authentication and application data storage.
Vercel for application hosting and analytics.
Paddle as merchant of record for subscription billing, taxes, invoices, and payment processing.
Mapbox for map rendering and location-based interface features.
SerpApi or similar ranking data providers to fetch search and map visibility data required for scans.

Retention and requests

We keep account, project, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the product, maintain core operational records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve support issues.
