Rules for using myranknow.

• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information when using paid features.
• You may not share access in a way that bypasses intended account or billing controls.

• Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
• Paddle acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment processing, taxes, and invoices.
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Plan downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal period.
• One-time Flex Pack purchases add extra scan units and do not replace an active subscription.
• You can manage invoices, payment methods, and cancellation through the billing portal made available inside the product.

• You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with the platform, or abuse third-party systems.
• You may not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, or bypass rate, usage, or subscription controls.
• You may not use the service in a way that materially harms service stability for other users.

We may update features, pricing, or limits as the product evolves. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or materially abuse the service.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, myranknow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
