How cancellation and refund requests work.

Canceling a subscription
- You can cancel your subscription through the Paddle billing portal linked from the billing page.
- When you cancel, the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise during checkout.
- Downgrades behave similarly: the current plan stays active through the current period, and the lower plan starts on the next renewal.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error, email tao.jiang.dev@gmail.com with the account email, the date of the charge, and a short description of the issue.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We look at factors such as duplicate charges, accidental renewals reported promptly, clear billing errors, and whether paid usage has already been materially consumed.
Trial conversions and one-time purchases
- If a free trial converts into a paid plan, the subscription follows the checkout terms and renewal schedule shown at purchase time.
- Flex Pack purchases add extra scan capacity and are generally not refundable once the additional units have been granted or used.
- Chargeback or payment disputes may result in temporary suspension while the issue is reviewed.
