Refunds and cancellation
How cancellation and refund requests work.
This policy explains when subscriptions end and how to request a refund within the stated 14-day window.

Canceling a subscription
- You can cancel your subscription through the Paddle billing portal linked from the billing page.
- When you cancel, the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise during checkout.
- Downgrades behave similarly: the current plan stays active through the current period, and the lower plan starts on the next renewal.
Refund window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
To request a refund, use the Paddle receipt or subscription management link provided in your transaction email, use the billing page inside the product when available, or email tao.jiang.dev@gmail.com with the account email and transaction details.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases
- If a free trial converts into a paid plan, the subscription follows the checkout terms and renewal schedule shown at purchase time.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- One-time purchases, including Flex Pack purchases, use the same 14-day refund request window.
- If a transaction is refunded, access to the refunded product or purchase may end.
Billing provider
Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases on myranknow. Refund handling, billing records, and payment processing follow Paddle checkout records and Paddle buyer terms.
